Terms of Service

CarePath247 is provided by Paqads Consulting Inc. (“Paqads”), an Ontario, Canada company. Paqads operates the CarePath247 business under a business lease and licence from its parent holding company.

The CarePath247 platform — the software, design, name, logo, and documentation — is owned by the parent holding company of Paqads Consulting Inc. and operated by Paqads under licence. Agencies receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for their internal operations under their agreement. Nothing in these terms or in any agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property. Records an agency enters into the service remain the agency’s.

• Use the service only for legitimate care-management purposes within your agency.
• Keep your credentials private; every account must belong to one named person.
• Do not attempt to access another organization’s data, probe or overload the service, or reverse-engineer the software.
• Do not enter information you have no lawful basis to record.

Agencies manage their own users, roles, and permissions. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell your administrator and us immediately at support@carepath247.com if you suspect compromise.

Client and care records processed in the service are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and each agency’s agreement. Agencies remain responsible for their obligations under applicable law (including CYFSA and PHIPA in Ontario); we provide the platform controls — audit trails, access scoping, retention support — that help them meet those obligations.

We aim for the service to be available continuously and maintain it actively, but — except as committed in an agency agreement or service-level agreement — it is provided “as is”, and features may evolve. We give agencies notice of material changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paqads’ liability arising from this website is excluded, and liability arising from the service is as set out in the applicable agency agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, and disputes belong to the courts of Ontario.
